In order to achieve the principal goal, the Government’s vision is to maintain an efficient Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs, technologically and professionally well equipped, emphasizing modernization through training and development of staff by making use of up-to-date computer technology, to deliver good quality and professional legal services to Government Ministries and Departments and to keep pace with new legal developments in the country and elsewhere. Furthermore, the Ministry will continue to work in cooperation with other Government institutions such as the Malawi Police Service, Judiciary, Law Commission, Malawi Human Rights Commission, Office of the Ombudsman and Anti-Corruption in achieving its principal goal.
