Malawi SDNP, a licensed and fully operational ISP in Malawi is processing
to upgrade its international Internet connection to go via VSAT in an
asymmetric set-up starting with 128 kbps uplink and 256 kbps downlink. We
would like to grow the uplink to 1 Mbps. Malawi has in December 2000
lifted the policy restriction on VSAT use by ISPs.

We are looking for a reliable VSAT system supplier that would suply the
complete solution. This includes:

1. VSAT earth station equipment including antenna, transmitter and
receiver, cabling. This will be installed in Blantyre, Malawi

2. Internet connectivity starting with 128 kbps uplink and 256 kbps down
link. We would like to be able to upgrade the down link to 512 kbps in
six months and eventually to 1 Mbps.

Please include the quotation for the shipping of the equiment,
installation costs, activation fees, monthly charges and all the relevant
items for such an installation and service.
