| PART XII - REPEALS AND SAVINGS

| 110.-(1) Each of the following Acts, namely-
(a) The Posts and Telecommunications Act, 1994, save as pro- vided in subsection (2); |

| (b) the Radioconnnunications Act; and | Cap. 68:02 |
| (c)the Malawi Broadcasting Corporation Act, save as provided
in subsection (3), is repealed.
(2) The Malawi Posts and Telecommunications Corporation
(3) The Board of MBC as constituted immediately before the date of commencement of this Act shall continue to hold office until new members have been appointed under section 90. |
