| Fundraising by registered NGOs
|
33. Every NGO registered under this Act, including
an exempt organisation which is registered, may solicit and accept funds
and contributions and engage in public fundraising for the furtherance
of its public benefit purposes as it may deem appropriate, subject to compliance
with the reporting requirements prescribed under this Act, or any other
written law.
