CADECO'S core business is helping organizations to improve their performance. We do this through organization development (OD interventions). In all our work we strive to help clients to become more conscious of their responsibility for the development of their organizations and the need to create both efficient and humane organizations. With over 50 clients to date, our client list includes, Save the Children, Action Aid, CIDA, The Law Commission of Malawi, Ministry of Education, World Bank, Christian Children's Fund, and Lutheran World Federation. Our clients currently are in Malawi , Tanzania , Mozambique , Uganda and Ethiopia .
